                                 Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost 
                                 
                              
                              Mary Anne Fitzpatrick provides the guiding vision and framework for USC's academic
                                 leadership and its administrative management through the Office of the Provost. She is responsible for academic programs, faculty matters, enrollment management,
                                 student academic affairs and strategic academic and budgetary planning. As provost,
                                 her overarching priority is to support the university's mission of continued excellence

                                 Executive Vice President for Administration and Chief Financial Officer
                                 
                              
                              Ed Walton is responsible for coordinating the planning and activities of non-academic
                                 areas of the University of South Carolina. As leader of the university's Division of Administration and Finance, he oversees business affairs, facilities and transportation, finance, human resources
                                 and law enforcement and safety.
                               
                        
                        
                              
                                 Chief of Staff
                                 
                              
                              Reporting to the university president, Chief of Staff Anna Edwards serves as the primary
                                 liaison between the president and all other areas of the University of South Carolina
                                 for internal and external matters. In this role, she provides advice and organization
                                 to the president in the administration of a wide variety of activities.
                               
                        
                        
                              
                                 Interim Vice President for Marketing
                                 
                              
                              Tiffany Foxworth serves as Interim Vice President for the Division of Marketing, providing strategic leadership in advancing and elevating the university’s brand.
                                 She oversees efforts to enhance visibility, reputation, and engagement among key audiences,
                                 ensuring that marketing and communications align with institutional priorities and
                                 support the university’s strategic goals.
                               
                        
                        
                              
                                 Associate Vice President for University Communications
                                 
                              
                              Jeff Stensland is the university spokesperson and leads the Office of University Communications,
                                    a team dedicated to managing external media relations, and executive and legislative
                                    communications of the university. The office, which collaborates closely with the
                                    Division of Marketing, focuses on sharing news and elevating USC’s reputation with specific audiences.
                               
                        
                         
                        
                        
                              
                                 Vice President for System Affairs and Community Engagement
                                 
                              
                              Julian R. Williams  strengthens the university system's role as a state and community partner by building
                                 meaningful partnerships with civic leaders, nonprofit organizations, businesses and
                                 local schools, while leading initiatives across the USC system to ensure improved
                                 collaboration, consistency and efficiency. He oversees the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX, Office of Access and Opportunity, and Office of Community Engagement on the USC Columbia campus, ensuring compliance with federal civil rights and Title
                                 IX requirements while fostering connections between the university and the broader

                                 Vice President for Information Technology and CIO
                                 
                              
                              John “Brice” Bible Jr. provides leadership for university information technology initiatives,
                                    research cyberinfrastructure and e-learning. Through the Division of Information Technology, he supports the teaching and research missions of the university and equips students
                                    with technology needed to achieve academic success.
                               
                        
                        
                              
                                 Vice President for Human Resources
                                 
                              
                              Caroline Agardy leads the Division of Human Resources, which manages the university’s talent recruitment, benefit and compensation programs,
                                 international employment, employee relations and performance management, HR operations,
                                 reporting, and HR systems. She is also responsible for fostering the personal and
                                 professional development of university employees and providing consultative services
                                 in the area of organizational development.
                               
                        
                        
                              
                                 Vice President for Research
                                 
                              
                              Julius Fridriksson leads university research. Through the Office of the Vice President for Research, he also oversees the support services required for research success in areas ranging
                                 from brain health and energy resilience to national defense and the arts. Under his
                                 stewardship, research discoveries at USC are solving great challenges while making
                                 the state healthier and more competitive globally.
                               
                        
                        
                              
                                 Vice President for Student Affairs and Academic Support
                                 
                              
                              J. Rex Tolliver works with partners inside the university and outside to create an optimal learning
                                 environment. Under his leadership, the Division of Student Affairs and Academic Support assists our students, faculty and staff on the Columbia campus and enhances the educational
                                 experience for all.
                               
                        
                        
                              
                                 Vice President for Enrollment Management and Dean of Undergraduate Admissions
                                 
                              
                              Scott Verzyl leads Enrollment Management, which includes the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, the Office of Student Financial
                                 Aid and Scholarships, the Office of the University Registrar, the Visitor Center,
                                 New Student Orientation, TRIO Programs, Veterans Services, Legal Residency, and Enrollment

                                 Vice President for Economic Development
                                 
                              
                              Stephen J. Cutler leads the university’s economic engagement engine and guides systemwide
                                       economic development strategies. Under his leadership, the Office of Economic Engagement serves as the single convergence point for industry, researchers, entrepreneurs and
                                       government officials seeking to engage with the university. The office coordinates
                                       outreach efforts across all eight university campuses to create a more diversified
                                       economy and to make South Carolina more competitive regionally, nationally and globally.
                               
                        
                        
                              
                                 General Counsel and Executive Director of Compliance Programs
                                 
                              
                              Walter "Terry" Parham is responsible for all institutional legal advice, including
                                 drafting contracts, interpreting federal and state laws and regulations and reviewing
                                 all university policy development. His office represents the university in litigation
                                 and serves as a clearinghouse for responses to requests for information made under
                                 the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act.
                               
                        
                        
                              
                                 Director of Athletics
                                 
                              
                              Jeremiah Donati oversees Gamecock Athletics, including 21 varsity sports programs, more than 500 student-athletes, coaches, support
                                 staff and over a dozen state-of-the-art sports arenas and athletics facilities. His
                                 perspective as a former student-athlete and longtime athletics director drives the
                                 university's goal of national leadership in both competitive athletics and student-athlete
                                 experience.
