Staff at the College of Nursing play a vital role in the daily operations of a top nursing program in the country.

Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Finance and Operations within the College of Nursing, the Human Resources Director duties include providing leadership and direction to plan, manage, and oversee the full-scope of activities for human resources functions for the College of Nursing; to include but not limited to, recruitment, selection, retention, employee relations, compensation, performance evaluation, worker’s compensation, telecommuting, and succession planning.

Potential Clinical Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (varies by course)

Position Requirements:
BSN Degree (minimum)
Two years in registered nurse practice (minimum)
