The Tourism Crisis Management Initiative (TCMI) is a global leader in research and application of tourism crisis preparedness and response. Since its inception, TCMI has developed scalable models and tools that equip tourism destinations, businesses, and institutions to prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises.
