Writers' Series

The Writers’ Series at the McCausland College of Arts and Sciences brings acclaimed authors to the University of South Carolina through three ongoing programs: the University Libraries’ Fall Literary Festival, The Open Book each spring, and the MFA-run Shark’s Parlor reading series. Events typically feature readings, conversations, and book signings that connect writers with our students and the broader Columbia community.
