Salkehatchie Scholars
USC Salkehatchie values academic achievement and attracts some of the brightest students
from our region to the campus each year. Top students considering USC Salkehatchie
are invited to apply for the Salkehatchie Scholars full tuition scholarship. Because
Salkehatchie Scholars is a competitive program, not all students who apply will be
selected. If you believe you qualify for Salkehatchie Scholars and wish to be considered

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for consideration, students must
- be S.C. residents
- have graduated from an in-state high school within a year of their planned college
entry
- must have earned least a 3.0 high school GPA
- receive LIFE scholarship
- meet other basic eligibility requirements
If Salkehatchie Scholars meet GPA requirements during their freshman year, they will
receive the scholarship during their second year at USC Salkehatchie as well.
