Callyn Fahey oversees the Peer Leader Program, including the recruitment, selection, matching, and training of University 101 Peer Leaders. She also serves as an instructor for the leadership development course, EDLP 520: The Teacher as Manager, as well as the first-year seminar course, UNIV 101: The Student in the University.
Callyn has worked in University 101 Programs since 2023, first serving as the Assistant Director for Resources and now as the Assitant Director for Peer Leadership. Prior to her work with University 101 Programs, Callyn gained valuable experience at the University of South Carolina Visitor Center and the University of Mississippi Orientation Program. Her work has focused on leadership development, student success, curriculum development, and faculty support initiatives.
