Earlier this year, USC, along with our partner Modern Think, launched the Employee Insights Survey to garner valuable feedback on how we can continue cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusion. The theme was "Impact South Carolina: Your voice. Our future."
Faculty and staff are invited to join virtually for a pair of town hall meetings with university leadership and Modern Think, which administered the survey. The hour-long meetings, with links included, will be:
They will have the chance to discover how their feedback is actively shaping initiatives across the university. Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Explore key themes identified from the survey and the actions being taken to address them.
- Engage in discussion by asking questions and sharing insights with key stakeholders to collectively work together to implement change.
Our employees' involvement in the survey and these town hall meetings will contribute to creating a stronger workplace and help assure that USC remains one of the top universities in the nation for faculty and staff.
