Coordinators and Instructors of Large Undergraduate Courses Community of Practice (CILUC CoP)

The Coordinators and Instructors of Large Undergraduate Courses Community of Practice (CILUC CoP) welcomes faculty and staff who coordinate or teach large undergraduate courses and multi-section courses and labs and are interested in learning about practical management and teaching strategies unique to large enrollment courses.  Our community is cross-disciplinary, providing a means for its members to discuss and share best practices and resources tailored to the needs for 1) effective coordination of large undergraduate courses, including logistics, section management, and administration, 2) GTA and adjunct supervision, 3) classroom and attendance management, 4) best practices for teaching large introductory and multi-section courses, and other issues that participants wish to explore that are unique to large course management.  The group meets two times a semester, discussing concerns, ideas, and other issues that the group is interested in exploring, regularly inviting campus offices to contribute to the discussion.

We invite faculty and staff at USC to join us in this Community of Practice. Please fill out the form below to express your interest.
