Distinguish yourself across disciplines
USC’s Project Manager Masterclass program is intended for professionals who want to distinguish themselves as project managers across all project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid) and through applying DISC personality assessments, tools and conflict resolution techniques.
You will take the world-class DISC assessment, which is integrated into your project management training, and receive a copy of your individual report. In addition, you will be trained in what it means to you, how to use it when communicating and navigating conflict, and how you can use it to advance the effectiveness of a diverse team in a project or operational business environment.
Our program provides:
- In depth study on how to get projects done without trying to force-fit your business culture and operations into a 3rd party framework
- Intensive, focused training that combines best-in-class project management and leadership skills you can take back to your organization to uplift and lead people
- Maxwell DISC Method™ personal assessment, which reviews your leadership strengths, insights, and training on how to create a diverse team to deliver excellence
- Instructors are PMP®, BPM™ and DISC Instructor™ certified to deliver our Masterclass, which ensures you are trained by exceptionally credentialed instructors with decades of project management and leadership experience
- Certification from the state's premier university, and BPM™ certification, which enhances your resume
While you can use this training to pursue your PMP® certification, this training explores several methodologies and leadership concepts that are focused on helping any project manager or business leader return to their organization ready and certified to lead people and manage projects.
At the end of this Masterclass, you will have the opportunity to immediately test your knowledge and earn the BPM™ certification. This means you are certified to perform the role of a project manager, specializing in the business application of the Art and Science of Project Management.
