Marshall Nauck
Marshall Nauck is President of MHNauck Consulting, LLC., and is a Design, Lean Six
Sigma Master Black Belt, Master Trainer, Program Manager, Performance Solutions Consultant.
Marshall is an Executive Leader and Design/Lean/Six Sigma Master Black belt with extensive
leadership experience in employee and organizational development, business strategy
development, product and process development, engineering management, strategic supply
chain management, and product line management. As a Master Trainer, Marshall is adept
in the area of adult education, technical training and training development. He has
worked with companies throughout the US, and has taught in diverse locations in Asia,
Europe, and the Middle East. Marshall’s training and consulting experience extends
to most industries, and all business functions.
Alongside his consulting role, Marshall is an adjunct faculty member for the University
of South Carolina, the University of Houston School of Continuing and Professional
Education, and James Madison University, where he teaches both Black Belt and Green
Belt programs. He is also currently a member of the SixSigma.US consulting and training
team.
Prior to founding MHNauck Consulting LLC, Marshall served on the Operations Executive
Leadership Team for the Southwest Region of Quest Diagnostics, holding the role of
Director of Process Improvement and Project Management. His team was responsible for
process excellence and program management in this $800MM+ region of the world's leading
supplier of diagnostic health insights.
Prior to joining Quest, Marshall held the position of Associate Director of Quality
Engineering for the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the top
cancer centers in the world. He has also held positions of Master Black Belt and Master
Trainer for Cessna Aircraft Company and its parent corporation, Textron. While serving
in Textron University, Marshall was responsible for the design and implementation
of enterprise-wide Six Sigma and Integrated Supply Chain training programs.
Rounding out his career, Marshall has held a variety of key positions in both Cessna
Aircraft Company, and Honeywell, Inc, including Process Integration Leader for Integrated
Product and Process Development, Commodity Team Leader, Engineering Manager, Engineering
Program Manager, and Product Line Manager and Buyer. Marshall has served in the U.S.
Navy and Naval Reserve where he was a Submarine Division Officer and an Engineering
Duty Department Head within the Fleet Technical Support Center, Pacific.
Marshall holds an M.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University,
the equivalent of an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering through his training in the U.S.
Navy Nuclear Power program, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Marshall also holds a Private Pilot’s license, and has worked as a professional brass
musician.
He and his wife Daphne, have two daughters, Liesl and Anneliese, both teachers, and
a son, Cullen, majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
