ServiceNow UnionIT Requests

USC Union has transitioned to the enterprise ticket solution DoIT offers with our own subcategory for local IT support.

If you need immediate support, we are still available through the previous channels for contact, but preferably for all issues or requesting support please enter a ticket through our service portal.

To submit IT requests for support, complete the following item: ServiceNow Local IT Support. These tickets are routed to USC Union IT so you will still get support from our local staff.

Usernames and Passwords

Faculty, Staff, and Students must use their USC Network Username and password (available through Self Service Carolina) to access the computing resources.
