Organizational Excellence

Knowledge and Skill Building

To equip more people for improvement, the Office of Organizational Excellence provides interactive training and a ready supply of tips, tools, and templates.

Learning as a Group – and Taking Action

The Office of Organizational Excellence can lead an Improvement Foundations session for your department, division, college, or school. Choose a presentation (20–60 minutes) to introduce key concepts, or a hands-on workshop (2-4 hours) where a group uses the tools to get started on a real improvement project.

Developing Improvement Leaders at USC

USC’s Improvement Leader Program blends practical learning with the immediate use of improvement concepts, methods, and tools. Participants build their know-how by putting it to work on improvement efforts in their units. As the program unfolds, they facilitate start-to-finish projects that generate real results.
