Room Change Process

There are very limited spaces for room changes year-to-year.  Room change requests will be handled on a first-come, first serve basis. 

Residents who would like to request a room change should first work with their RA before completing the Request Form. The request form is made live in the Housing Portal each semester after the first few weeks of classes.

 

Residence Hall Damages & Fees

When completing a room change, residents are responsible for the condition of the room upon their final inspection before moving.  Please review possible charges for damages that have incurred during your stay.
