Group X

Enjoy access to over 70 classes each week with our Group X pass, giving you endless opportunities to move, sweat, and have fun. 

Join in on Group X

Purchase a Group X Pass and get ready to reserve your spot.

Once you’ve got your pass, head over to DSE to sign up for classes. Log in using Single Sign On (SSO) with your university credentials.

Can’t make it to a class? No problem! Just hop into your My Classes page in DSE and unregister to free up your spot for someone else.


Group X Class Types/Formats

Take part in a variety of class types, with multiple formats in each area. Feel free to participate in an old favorite, or try something new!

    A mixture of elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional fitness training movements, this energetic 45-minute Barre class targets every muscle group to improve flexibility and posture while increasing muscular endurance.

    Elevate your heart rate while incorporating strength and stability work to boost your overall cardiovascular fitness. 

  • Cycle

    Cycle

    Take a guided ride with varying speeds, resistance levels, and to increase your heart rate, challenge your core and lower body.

    From BODYPUMP to BODYBALANCE, work up a sweat in any of these challenging workouts designed to build strength, agility, and mindfulness

    Condition your entire body through controlled, low impact exercises that are core focused to improve posture & flexibility.

    Challenge your strength, build lean muscle, and improve flexibility through targeted exercises using a variety of equipment.

  • Yoga

    Take a Yoga journey!  Linking postures to breath; improve flexibility, balance and strength while calming the mind and soul.

    Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat. You can expect a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, dance fitness party 


 Private Group X Classes

If you are interested in one of our certified Group X Instructors teaching a 30-60 minute class for your group, please complete the Private Group X Request Form at least 3 weeks before your anticipated date.
