Biography

Aliyah Little is a Certified Community Health Worker who works closely with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers and community partners. 

Her work includes providing resources, support, patient navigation, community outreach, presentations, care coordination, community health programming, patient advocacy and interdisciplinary collaboration. She works closely with patients, caregivers, providers and community partners to improve access to education, resources and support.

Little holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Claflin University and is pursuing a master’s degree in Health Administration at Louisiana State University Shreveport. She is certified in Mental Health First Aid and has professional experience in behavioral health and healthcare administration. 

She is committed to advancing patient-centered care and improving access to healthcare resources throughout South Carolina. Her work is guided by a commitment to ensuring that patients and families feel informed, supported and heard throughout their healthcare journey.
