Health Law

Today, the practice and delivery of health care is both highly regulated by the law and impacted by multiple social considerations. From regulation of health care facilities, to federal and state health insurance programs, to pharmaceuticals, to public benefits programs and beyond—the law and health care are inextricably intertwined. Through a curriculum designed to teach students about the intersection of health care and the law, the Joseph F. Rice School of Law aims to prepare students to contribute unique expertise into the vital, rapidly evolving world of health care law.

We offer a wide range of relevant courses. Not every course is offered regularly, and to be a well-rounded lawyer you should take many other courses as well.
