Research
Stephen 's research investigates the role of CDK8/19 inhibition in modulating the tumor immune microenvironment in HER2-positive breast cancer. His project explores the potential that SNX631, a selective CDK8/19 inhibitor, polarizes macrophages toward an M1 anti-tumor phenotype and induces immunogenic cell death. By bridging immunomodulation and targeted therapy, Stephen' research aims to develop novel strategies to overcome resistance in HER2-positive breast cancer and improve therapeutic outcomes.
