Course Description

Overview of the structure and functions of programs, policies, and systems in a specialized area of practice, including the history of policy development, the current policy environment, and the role of social workers and the social work profession in shaping and implementing policy in this area.Prerequisite: C or better in SOWK 777, SOWK 779, and SOWK 783.GC: 12/12/2022.
